Welcome to the TAMOH 2021 Art & Away Website

Visit any, or all, of the 20 Artists and Makers opening their Studios to you every day of the event from 10am to 4pm 5 - 7 November. Collect a hard copy map and sample a local wine or cider on the way down to the Huon at Kate Hill Winery or Willie Smith's Cider, as you view a selection of participating artists works on display at these venues. Maps are also available from The Hub in Huonville on weekdays during office hours. 

A red Art & Away sign will be on the street to direct you to each venue.

Whether a single room in the home, a repurposed building or purpose built, all these studios are dedicated workspaces used throughout the year by the artists. See where and how they work, what materials they use, perhaps works in progress or even the artist working. Most of all it is an opportunity to ask questions, chat and perhaps support these artists by purchasing work directly from their studios. Whatever you choose to do you will gain a unique insight into that artist and perhaps the story behind the piece that you take home.

Why not stay over night, make a dinner reservation, add some of the other fabulous Huon attractions to your visit? Click on the menu tabs, Accommodation, Food & Beverage and Attractions to help give you some ideas. a Covid-19 Safety plan in place and display the TAS Gov QR Code to check in.
